Please find printed below a blank invoice for Instrumental music or vocal tuition.
Use this invoice only if your child is currently receiving tuition at Hillview Junior School and you wish to pay an overdue or lost invoice quickly, thereby retaining the place for your child in their tuition group at school.
Please fill in yours and your child's details and return to us at the above address with a cheque for the full amount.
*All invoices are for 12 lessons.* .*It is Hillview school policy that 36 instrumental lessons be given each year. If 12 lessons are not given in any particular term, then the missing lessons will be made up in the following term(s). Should your payment be made part way through the term, then we will adjust your next invoice accordingly to show any lessons paid for but not received in this current term.
May I assure you that every effort is taken to be as accurate as possible with our figures regarding lessons received. Dates and times of lessons are always on display in school (usually in the Music dept) and can be verified with the school's music dept, the music tutor or by contacting our office
As a small specialist tuition agency, being able to continue this service relies on the goodwill of parents with regard to tuition payments being made as soon as possible before the first lesson has taken place. There are only a certain amount of places available for this tuition and prompt payment will help to secure your child's tuition. I hope we can relay on your support.

Please note:
- Do not change the amount on the invoice, as this will invalidate your payment and delay lessons starting.
- Queries will be answered by contacting our office on 0191 5364748 or e-mail via the 'Contact Us' section of our website.
- To avoid any mishaps, do not send money to school.
- Lessons cancelled or missed by a pupil, for whatever reason, will be charged at the standard rate.
- Any lesson cancelled by a tutor will be re arranged over the course of the school year.
- Music exam accompaniment, if required, will be £14.00 per exam, payable on your next invoice.
