We are currently offering musical instrument tuition in your child's school and would like to offer your child the opportunity to learn to play an instrument or sing. We hope to do this by supplying dedicated Musicians and Tutors.
Terms and Conditions. Please retain this section of the acceptance form for your reference
Tuition is given in groups of between 1 to 4 pupils depending upon availability of places and compatibility of pupils.
Lesson Cost from Sept 2006. Group size refers to how many pupils will be taught together in each lesson.

The total number of music lessons given throughout the year will be 33 (out of a total of 40 school weeks). This is in line with current LEA guidelines. Termly tuition invoices are payable 10 days in advance of lessons commencing. Please do not change the amount on the invoice as this will invalidate your payment and d elay the start of lessons. Queries regarding invoicing will be answered by contacting our office on the above number or email address.
Once your invoice has been paid, your child should contact the instrumental tutor at school to arrange the first lesson and to make sure his/her name is on the timetable. We will notify the tutor prior to this. If there are any difficulties or you require further information, please contact the tutor, the school based music teacher / specialist or PTS Ltd.
As soon as your child's name appears on the timetable displayed in the Music dept, lessons missed for any reason cannot be refunded as tuition will go ahead as timetabled for the other pupils in the group. Tutors are paid an hourly rate based on the number of pupils timetabled per group. Timetables are arranged for the whole term. Should the tutor be absent for any reason, an additional lesson will be added to the end of the current or subsequent terms tuition to make up the missing lesson(s). Music Exam accompaniment, if required, will be charged as a single lesson, currently £14.00.
Parents wishing to terminate this agreement must inform PTS Ltd by letter or e-mail giving one half-term of notice.
